At Vento D Mar, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

 

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging

• ​

🔁 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.

 

💡 Important Notes

​

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• We do not offer refunds for items returned without tags or in used/damaged condition

• Exchange requests for size can be made within the same 15-day period (see our Exchange Policy)
